* Updates to this document will appear at Pastebin.com with new sites
* If you require information on what has changed between versions,
  use a diff utility to compare.
* WARNING: This list contains public pastebins not under the control
  of the author of this paste. I neither recommend nor condone
  content or services at the sites listed herein.
* Some pastebins are now blocking Tor exit nodes and/or telling you to
  enter a CAPTCHA. The simple work around is to use a free web proxy

v.0.4.3: Dec 21, 2015
         This is a ho! ho! ho! level release which removes pastebins which
         no longer work. One pastebin changed their location on the web.
         One pastebin found deleting pastes, removed. Removed one duplicate.
         Reformatted header of this document and added some info. Edited some
         info in the changelog list here. Three new pastebins added and added
         two 'web forums' where registration isn't required and anonymous posts
         are very common. This new version has been posted to Slexy instead of
         Pastebin.com, because of their overuse of CloudFlare blocking Tor exit
         nodes, and stupid Captcha which never appears when you have configured
         your Tor/Browser/NOScript settings for the best/hardest settings.

v.0.4.2: Apr 15, 2015
         This is a medium level update, adding a few new pastebins and
         removing several which no longer work.
         - Added: at least 12 new pastebins
         - Removed: SEVERAL former pastebins which are now dead
         - Removed: pastebin.com urls to previous versions of this document
         - Removed: duplicate release version & date in document header
         - Removed: 'Linux' section - there aren't enough links to justify
                  continued life of this section - links were merged into
                  #1 - General Pastebins
         Corrected: moved/added several pastebins to Special Needs Section
        *Upcoming 0.5 release will feature more pastebins than added
         with this and the previous release.
