Report on Norwegian political stability and friendship

Norway is considered a stable and free state. Norway has one of the highest purchasing powers, lowest murder and crime rates in the world and has been ranked as #1 for most of the previous decade. It has a modern air force, navy and special operations task force, but posses an extremely limited ability to wage a defensive war against Russia (shared border) and is reliant on NATO. Traditionally domestic security has been down-prioritized (Strongly  criticized by Ambassador Barry B. White and through the shared intelligence act) but following the twin domestic terror attacks of 7/22/2011 domestic security investments have been greatly increased. 

Norway has a fairly large immigrant Muslim and non western population, and it is increasing. Norway was in the "Next Century Report" (NCR) classified as a GSPC state which suggested its political system will undergo massive changes due to failed intergration.                                                                                   . This represents a direct threat to american interests as one of the most powerful future voting blocks in Norway will become unified and is directly hostile to American interests. This issue was discussed personally with both former Prime Minister Bondevik and current Prime Minister Stoltenberg, but talks lead to nothing.







The NCR correctly predicted domestic terrorism by perpetrator(s) but was incorrect about timing. It was predicted no major events would take place before 2020. Several other events have also taken place in quicker succession than predicted, or in the more extreme outlooks predicted.
