         This is a medium level update, adding a few new pastebins and
         removing several which no longer work - Sorry for the lack of
         updates between 0.4.2 and 0.4.1.
        +Added: at least 12 new pastebins
        -Removed: SEVERAL former pastebins which are now dead
        -Removed: pastebin.com urls to previous versions of this document
        -Removed: duplicate release version & date in document header
        -Removed: 'Linux' section - there aren't enough links to justify
                  continued life of this section - links were merged into
                  #1 - General Pastebins
        ~Corrected: moved/added several pastebins to Special Needs Section
        *Upcoming 0.5 release will feature more pastebins than added
         with this and the previous release.
