1. Note: i wrote this in some sort of poetical-romantic style, any form of claims of Copywright and/or resemblances and/or depictions of real life behaviour, will be treated with the lowest priority as possible ;-)

3. my dear dear dearest joe,
4.
5. i'm writign this in this forumn, since this forumn seems to be prescribed for things related to the irc chatroom, and well, since there was nothing here yet, i kinda felt inclined to write something for here.
6.
7. the thing is as follow : since a few weeks, there are some new users, who either way dont seem to get the grasp on how irc works, or they are just completely clueless of the fakt that irc is not just some toy to troll people with. (well, technically trolling is a subaspect of irc, but still.
8.
9. these so called perpetrators (i like that word, it sounds so darned eveil and wicked.. (lol) ) are heavily abusing the chatroom, as some kind of advanced way, to bore people with e-drama, and an in general offensive and rude way to badmouth people, for which in RL they'd prolly have no guts for to do so.
10.
11. though, even if such things can be resolved with time, patience, and the right people to help these malcontents back onto the straight path again.
12. it has stricken me with a certain kind of offensive irritation towards my eyes, mostly due to the fakt, that the chatroom lacks a modesetting +S
13. which basically strips the incoming colours from the messages, as they are on their way trough the server, towards them users clients, who are connected trough this wonderfull medium of communication called IRC
14.
15. secondarily, i'd like to propose some advanced features, for the ircroom : most notably the possibility of having encrypted connections, as in the form of SSL encrypted connections on a port 7000 or 6697, as these are the semi-official standard ports used by most common irc-networks
16.
17. it will not require any much of an overhead on the overall load, since there are just this little amount of people online at the moment, though it might help to increment the amount of standard users, who are common to other irc-networks, and in general have their connections encrypted, where possible, due to malicious governmental laws, that prevent the privacy of their citizens, in order to fight legitimate customers and consumers of all sorts of data-related subjects
18.
19. looking forward to hear from you,
20.
21. Claudy C. Bunni
22.
23. Resident of TBN-IRC since jan/feb 2007
